Time waits for no one. Due to health and age I no longer ride. I hope you enjoy tales of Texas motorcycle riding and more. Some articles are fiction, but mostly, non-fiction. 2016 was the last time I wrote articles for the Daimler's Folly.

The 'Sunshine State of Mind' article has been a feature of the T.M.R.A.'s Daimler's Folly since October 2004. In an effort to bring you a more colorful presentation, we will present some of the SSOM Folly articles here.

These articles are T.M.R.A.'s way of sharing places and experiences open to you in the great state of Texas. They are designed to appeal to you, the Roadrider's of Texas and beyond. It is our hope and desire that you will be inspired to visit some, if not all, of the unique and historically significant Texas destinations described within the SSOM.
